Proceeds from our 2010-11 concerts enabled us to make donations to the following charitable organisations: The Tricia Drucker Memorial Fund, Buxton Mountain Rescue Team, and the November Concert gave a donation to Amnesty International. The January 2011 Concert contributed towards the work of Mary's Meals, a charity supporting work in African countries where the money raised will enable children to have school dinners each day, a real help towards their education.

WEDNESDAY, 6th JULY        The Ryleys School gave us an opportunity to raise funds for the Spire Appeal, when they brought to our church a visiting Choir.  This was an exciting addition to our Concert programme and we greatly appreciated the offer made by The Ryleys for the Spire Appeal to benefit from such an event.

Looking to the current 2011-2012 season, our first Concert in September enabled us to make a donation to the work of Christian Aid. From the October Concert we were able to generate a donation to St.Ann's Hospice, and in November we gave some support to the work of Hope4Africa. The January 2012 Concert allowed us to turn our thoughts to Nordoff Robbins, a music therapy charity, and in February we are looking to give help to Barnabus, a Manchester based charity giving assistance to the homeless and vulnerable in the city.
